I made an order online and needed to return one of the items, it just didn’t fit right. The Nike app indicated this location was one that allowed such returns. I stood in the normal line for a very short time (they have a counter that’s specifically indicated client services and returns but it wasn’t open). Jonathan assisted me was courteous, prompt and made the entire transaction simple.
I had an an item to exchange, so I went to the counter where it says, return exchange and pick ups. Their was a guy at the register. I was right there in front of him. I am waiting to him to speak to him patiently, but he was on the phone. Once he got off the phone he did not say nothing. He walked away from the counter. So I ask for help and the person who help me said I had to go to a different line where they pay. Why have a sign that says Return, “Exchange, and online order” if they are not going to use it and confuse people
Went in today to Nike to exchange shoes that I got online. After looking around for the right size I couldn’t find them, with the realization that these sold out (online) shoes were not going to happen I went disappointed to the front to return instead of exchange. Then when checking out one of the employees went into the “magical box” in the back and found the style and size! Great service and made shopping for shoes a real experience (like back in the day). Thank you again.
The first time I walked into the store, I received amazing service. I did a return, and the cashier ordered me a new pair of shoes through the website. She emailed me the receipt. I went home and checked the order on the app, but there was no order. The next day, I went back to the store to clarify the transaction. Two employees helped me at first and then looked for the manager, Evan. He listened to my story, checked my receipts and all the proof I had of the transaction. Then he told me that the shoes I wanted were out of stock; that's why the order wasn't processed.
I asked him if he could give me a credit so I could choose another pair of tennis shoes online. He agreed to do it, without checking the security cameras. While he was explaining, I saw the employee who helped me the day before and told him that she was the one who did the transaction. He ignored me and continued saying that he wasn't going to check the cameras to make sure I didn't take any shoes with me. I had to say something because it was a joke. Instead of excusing his employee for the mistake, he implied that I was lying about the situation that happened the day before.
I was very clear and told him to call the employee; she could clarify. Once again, he ignored me and continued with the credit. At least he was giving me the money back, but then he said that he couldn't give me a credit to my card; it needed to go to a gift card. I agreed because I was going to buy a new pair anyway. Then, he repeated about checking the security cameras, and that was enough. I told him to go ahead and check the cameras if he needed to for his own sake. He said that was the policy for his employees' training purposes, but he didn't have time to do it.
So, I let him know that it was rude of him. If he didn't trust me, he could go and check the videos and call me back when he was sure about it. I decided to finish the conversation and leave with a gift card, even though I paid with my credit card. It was horrible service, and the other employees were kind of supporting my attitude because he seemed to be a difficult person with zero customer service skills. I don't plan to visit the Quarry store ever again. I spent $165 on a pair of shoes, and I went home empty-handed. Evan needs training to handle this kind of issue with respect and not treat clients like thieves. The horrible service and his demeanor weren't helping him at all.
Their is a manager young white male that has racially profiled me several times I’ve walked into the store with little people skills and has asked me questions and made derogatory comments as I’ve walked into the store! Then he proceeded to pat himself on the back while laughing in a condescending manner with his clip board attempting to be a service member of their staff. Ive been verbally shamed for returning items in their store and Jake has indefinitely given me a horrific experience while at this location. Something will be done and I wont stop until I'm satisfied with the results!
There many shoes that are not priced correctly. I bought two pairs and they wouldn’t honor the lower price. I showed the employ all the pairs that were priced incorrectly and they were the same size. They try to find ways to talk their way out of honoring the lowest and incorrect price. They try to get you to buy the cheapest price and then try to get you to pay the higher price. It’s not my fault that they can’t price shoes correctly. Be careful and look for the lowest priced and tell them to honor.
Made a purchase at this Nike store 😎 and the cashier (houda) was very nice, helpful and very Respectful!! Made our experience a million times better!! We definitely left with a smile on our faces!! Would recommend anyone to have her assist you, when visiting that store AND she said God Bless first!! We always say it first. 😁 …
The men and women here are great human beings. Me and my daughter recently went in for volleyball shoes and was followed to our car but some random guy who had been loitering in the surrounding stores. First he asked for my me take him somewhere, I declined. Then he asked for my phone, declined. He followed us to the car and waited for to enter. I grabbed my daughter hand and we ran into the store for help. They quickly sprung into action and protected me and my daughter.
